Our Parks

In 1987, two companies sought adjacent locations but preferred a site outside Valmont and Humboldt Industrial Parks. In response, CAN DO offered a 200-acre tract near McAdoo, just south of Downtown Hazleton on Route 309. Although CAN DO had owned the land since the 1960s, it remained undeveloped until these businesses expressed interest.

To support development, CAN DO secured a $1.5 million state grant to install infrastructure, and McAdoo Industrial Park officially opened in 1989. The Park features level terrain, ample green space, and a business-friendly environment.
