In 1987, two companies sought adjacent locations but preferred a site outside Valmont and Humboldt Industrial Parks. In response, CAN DO offered a 200-acre tract near McAdoo, just south of Downtown Hazleton on Route 309.

Valmont Industrial Park was CAN DO’s first economic development project, established in 1957. Spanning 550 acres, it quickly became a prime location for new and expanding businesses.

Located within Humboldt Industrial Park, Humboldt Station is CAN DO’s commercial and retail development, ideal for hotels, restaurants, and shopping.

Developed by CAN DO, Inc. in 1970, Humboldt Industrial Park is a well-established industrial hub stretching five miles along PA State Route 924. Conveniently positioned off Exit 143 of Interstate 81 and minutes from the Interstate 80 interchange, Humboldt offers exceptional access to major transportation routes.
