Susquehanna Brewing Co., LLC, was seeking assistance in funding for the purchase of new machinery and equipment. The loan request was 340,000. Funding for the project consisted of three components; the requested Small Business First loan in the amount of $140,000; a NEPA Alliance small business loan of $140,000 and an equity injection of $60,000. This equipment will supplement their current operations nearly doubling their capacity in fermentation and exponentially speed up their bottling process as currently this is done primarily by hand.
